Pamela Aróstica Fernández is the Director of the China and Latin America Network: Multidisciplinary Approaches (REDCAEM). She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the Freie Universität Berlin, and a Masters in International Studies and a Bachelors in History from the University of Chile. She holds specializations through the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), the Asia Pacic Economic Cooperation Forum (APEC) and the Latin America-East Asia Cooperation Forum (FOCALAE). She is an expert in Sino-Latin American relations, with an emphasis on Chile.
